Property Manager

LHH is seeking a Property Manager for a client in the Non-Profit sector located in Queens, NY. This is a temporary position with a compensation range of $25-30 / hr, depending on experience.

Responsibilities :

Oversee multiple properties that provide public assistance housing.

Handle high call volumes efficiently.

Communicate with site managers and provide back-office support to field managers.

Maintain professional and effective relationships with internal and external clients and vendors.

Provide administrative support, including opening and prioritizing mail, filing / scanning, answering, and directing phone calls.

Respond to routine information requests and perform other assigned tasks.

Requirements :

Working knowledge of residential property management.

Familiarity with MRI, Yardi or similar real estate software.

Ability to multitask.

Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Pay Details : $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
