Job Title : Inside Corporate Sales Representative (Non-exempt)

Location : New York, NY

Working Schedule : 9 AM - 5 PM, Mondays - Fridays, possible overtime on weekdays after 5 PM

We are hiring an Inside Corporate Sales Representative in New York. This role is responsible for nationwide inside sales operations at the New York headquarters.

【Job Duties】

  • Use company-provided lists to contact new prospects via phone and email.
  • Identify corporate challenges, introduce products, and secure appointments.

Note : Corporate sales teams handle the actual sales negotiations.

  • Plan and manage webinars to generate leads.
  • Follow up with both webinar attendees and non-attendees.
  • Use tools such as PowerPoint and Illustrator to create sales materials and share them with the corporate sales team.
  • Extract and compile information from internal customer data.

    • 【Requirements】

  • Experience in corporate sales
  • Speaking, reading and writing in business level Japanese and English
  • Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Ability to create and execute plans to achieve set goals

  • Work experience at a Japanese company
  • Experience communicating with customers and business partners
  • Sales experience with intangible products
  • Experience planning and operating webinars
