Responsibilities :

• Serve as the primary escalation point for resolving advanced technical issues and critical incidents.
• Diagnose and support Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and Azure Active Directory environments.
• Configure, manage, and optimize virtualization platforms such as Hyper-V and VMware.
• Design and secure network infrastructure components, including routers, firewalls, and switches.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement measures to prevent recurring technical and security issues.
• Manage backup solutions, disaster recovery systems, and security platforms in compliance with policies and service-level agreements.
• Participate in on-call rotations to provide after-hours support as needed.
• Deliver infrastructure projects, including Office 365 and Google Workspace implementations and data migrations.
• Plan and execute network setups and upgrades for new and existing clients.
• Ensure accurate documentation and process adherence during project handoffs and updates.
• Proficiency in Active Directory and Microsoft Windows Server.
• Experience with Azure Active Directory and cloud-based technologies.
• Knowledge of Citrix solutions and virtualization platforms.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Exchange systems.
• Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Ability to design, implement, and maintain secure IT environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with teams and clients.
• Availability to participate in on-call support rotations.
