A well-established, family-owned dealership group is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager with a background in domestic brands to take a high-demand service department to the next level. The demand is here. The space is here. What’s missing is the right leader to take it all to the next level.

The store has a strong foundation already in place : loyal customers, strong foundation of technicians, and a dedicated service BDC. The shop is booked out several weeks in advance - creating a tremendous opportunity for a motivated, process-driven leader to build on this success. With available capacity to expand the team, the next Service Manager will focus on recruiting and developing technicians, filling empty stalls, and maximizing department performance. The Dealer Principal will support the Service Manager hired to get their job done without micromanagement.
