Responsibilities :

Provide individualized instruction aligned with IEPs.

Collaborate with general education teachers on lesson accommodations.

Support inclusion and small-group instruction.

Collect progress data and maintain compliance documentation.

Engage with families and multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications :

Bachelors or Masters in Special Education.

Active Texas SPED certification.

Understanding of assessment and classroom accommodations.

Strong collaboration skills.
