Office Administrator - Plumbing & HVAC Service

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in a fast-paced Plumbing and HVAC service environment.

The ideal candidate will have  5–7 years of administrative experience , preferably within construction, mechanical contracting, or field service operations

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate scheduling and dispatching of service technicians
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries
• Process work orders, purchase orders, and billing / invoicing
• Maintain service records, job files, and closeout documentation
• Assist with payroll and job costing entries
• Support management with reporting and daily administrative tasks
