St. Teresa Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, in Manchester, NH is looking for a MDS Coordinator ( Minimum Data Set Nurse) to join our Nursing Administration Team.

Schedule; Monday thru Friday / 40 Hour position / on Call requirement- every 5 to 6 weeks rotation.
