Korzen Health is partnering with one of the largest Behavioral Healthcare Groups in Bakersfield, CA , to recruit a Full-Time Employed Adult Psychiatrist . This is an exceptional opportunity to join a well-structured, multidisciplinary team in a dedicated behavioral health setting.

Position Highlights :

  • Schedule : Monday - Friday (Inpatient)
  • Patient Population : Adults across high- and low-acuity units , including an ISD unit
  • Strong Support System :

IOP Program in place.

  • Full social work and treatment team (meets 2x weekly).
  • PMHNP support for med checks.
  • Call : Shared weekend coverage (daytime admissions only no overnight call).
  • 7on / 7off or 14on / 14off available

    • Compensation & Benefits :

  • W-2 Employed Position (1099 option available if preferred).
  • "All-in" compensation package (no at-risk incentives).
  • 6 weeks of PTO.
  • Comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, etc.) through private insurance.
