Pre-employment Screening : An offer of employment is contingent on the successful completion of a criminal background check. Work Environment : While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works near parks maintenance equipment and moving mechanical parts. The work is performed in outside weather conditions. The employee is frequently exposed to equipment vibration, fumes, airborne particles and toxic or caustic chemicals. The employee occasionally works in high, precarious places and is occasionally exposed to risk of electrical shock, and sharp objects. The noise level in the work environment is at times loud Physical Requirements of the Job : The employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk; use fingers, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and read and speak and hear. The employee must regularly lift and / or move up to 50 pounds, frequently lift and / or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and / or move up to 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
