TA Operations Manager Risk and Governance

The TA Operations Manager - Risk and Governance will support TA teams in employment and hiring compliance globally including pre-hire requirements (background check escalation and compliance) pre-hire documentation (Employee Agreements Offer Letters and Global Contracts) and Immigration activities.  They will also be responsible for managing audits compliance and external legal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the global evaluation design and establishment of processes and controls to ensure Talent Acquisition practices are best-in-class for compliance
• Develop maintain and communicate policies and procedures that govern Talent Acquisition practices to ensure compliance
• Responsible for compliance activities related to all applicable Corporate Federal Country Regional and Local Policies and procedures
• Act as main point of contact for Employment Law Internal Audit external vendors including First Advantage and outside counsel
• Maintain compliance with Market Test rules and regulations set by Employment Law and DOJ for Sponsorship
• Act as point of contact for Sponsorship requirements for applications
• Support periodic review of applicable data protection policies in light of changes in laws regulatory or organizational policy.
• Monitoring and evaluation of evolving laws rules regulations and guidance to help maintain compliance and strategic alignment.

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
