Manager in Training

who is ready to learn, lead, and grow into a high-performing store manager role.

What You'll Do :

Learn all aspects of running a Midas store, from sales to operations to team leadership.

Drive sales by connecting with customers, recommending services, and building trust.

Motivate and coach team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Take ownership of daily operations with a focus on results, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Work closely with upper management to develop the skills and knowledge to advance into a Store Manager position.

What We're Looking For :

A self-starter with drive, passion, and energy.

Strong sales ability – you love to connect with customers and close deals.

Leadership potential and a desire to grow into a management role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Previous sales or management experience (automotive industry experience is a plus, but not required).
