Salary : $26-$34 / Hour

Hightower Industries is a 5 STAR local family owned roofing company with offices across Florida. We are launching a commercial service and maintenance division and we are looking for a professional and experienced roofing technician who can start off on their tools and who can easily transition into a supervisory position within a few months time.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance across diverse commercial roofing systems.
• Estimate materials, time, and costs for roofing projects
• Fabricate and install various components and structures according to specifications
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
• Restore and repair damaged structures or surfaces
• Lead and manage teams on site, upholding safety standards and company protocol
• Install and repair roofs
• Perform heavy lifting as required
• Uphold safety standards and company protocols
