TITLE : Construction Contract Administrator

ABOUT THE JOB : Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about compliance? We are looking for an experienced Construction Contract Administrator. In this role, you will assist the Head of Compliance with managing contracts, insurance, and other compliance-related duties within the construction industry. This position requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities :

• Assist with insurance applications, renewals, and policy reviews
• Request Certificates of Insurance and coordinate contract signatures
• Manage and track licenses (CSLB and City / County Business Licenses)
• Coordinate and manage awarded contracts, subcontracts, and negotiations
• Apply attorney markups and communicate contract requirements
• Process bonds (Payment & Performance, Miscellaneous) and enroll in programs
• Prepare RFP / Bid packages and coordinate prequalification requirements
• Provide notary services and other administrative support as needed
