ProSidian Seeks a Safety and Health Analyst | Safety and Health Management [OCC002006] Engagement Team | Project Manager Labor Category - High Level Exempt Professional aligned under services related to NAICS : 541330 located CONUS supporting The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) is an independent bureau of the U.S. Department of the Treasury. The OCC charters, regulates, and supervises all national banks, federal savings associations, and federal branches and agencies of foreign banks. We ensure that the banks we supervise operate in a safe and sound manner, provide fair access to financial services, treat customers fairly, and comply with applicable laws and regulations. The OCC receives no appropriations from Congress.

Seeking Safety and Health Analyst (SHA) (Key Personnel) candidates with with relevant Financial Services Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Financial Services Sector Clients such as OCC. This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Position and ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

JOB OVERVIEW

Provide services and support as a Safety and Health Management System Services (Safety and Health Analyst (SHA) (Key Personnel)) in the Financial Services Industry Sector focusing on Compliance Solutions for clients such as Department of the Treasury (USDT) | Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) Generally Located In CONUS.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Safety and Health Analyst (SHA)

  • Attend safety and health operation committee meetings, prepare committee meeting notes, expect at least one meeting per quarter.
  • Scheduling Safety and Health Committee Meetings, Conferences and Trainings including AED training.
  • Develop safety and health products, including fact sheets, job aids, web pages, video, newsletters, and electronic materials. Two products per quarter.
  • Provide COR with drafting various documents such as but not limited to memoranda, issues papers, inspection reports and other documents upon request or as needed.
  • Prepare a high-level, easy to read, safety and health inspection report using the completed inspections check list submitted from the OCC regional offices, COR and / or the collateral duty safety officer (CDSO).

Qualifications

Safety and Health Analyst (SHA) shall have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in analyzing comprehensive safety and occupational health program for large organization with over 1,000 employees. This specialized experience shall include identifying hazards, analyzing various methods to control hazards, ability to plan, organize and prioritize assignments. The resume must indicate the required qualification as stated.

Skills Required

Hazard Identification and Control, Experience in Safety and Health Programs, Meeting Coordination and Note-taking, Document and Report Preparation, and Development of Safety and Health Products

Competencies Required

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (This employer participates in the e-Verify program)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, & Adobe)
