WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
Min 1 year Assistant Manager experience (high volume food service concepts preferred)Flexibility to work 40 -45 hours per week, rotating shifts, including weekends / holidaysValid DL in good standing & access to reliable transportationConsent to background screeningHS diploma or equivalent & possess all documents required by state and federal lawAble to walk and stand for extended periodsAble to lift up to 50 poundsDemonstrated ability to effectively lead and manage your own team in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentExcellent problem solving and decision-making skills, results oriented, customer focusedUnder the direction of the General Manager, the AGM is responsible to support the GM in managing the restaurant’s daily operations, including, but not limited to :
