HVAC Supervisor

Project Overview :

Insight Global is seeking an experienced HVAC Supervisor to support operations for our client on a large university campus. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong background in commercial HVAC systems and leadership experience in facilities management.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee a team of 10 HVAC technicians across 16 buildings, ensuring efficient daily operations and high-quality service delivery on a growing team
• Manage and maintain commercial boilers and chillers, including : Preventative maintenance, Troubleshooting and diagnostics
• System inspections and performance optimization
• Coordinate with external vendors for scheduling, service delivery, and system upgrades; provide recommendations based on site needs and performance data.
• Operate within a ticketing system to manage work orders, track progress, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Serve as a client-facing and employee-facing leader, fostering strong communication, accountability, and collaboration across teams.
