About The Position
This position delegates responsibility to the Occupational Therapist Assistant and Aides. Activities of this position are patient focused and utilize assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation in accordance with occupational therapy standards, physician orders, and governing policies and procedures.

- Evaluates the patient s function by performing formal / informal testing measures to determine the skeletal, neurological, respiratory, cardiovascular status, developmental, social, and cognitive functions.

Requirement description : OT Experience - Required Primarily outpatient, some acute care - Required Pediatric Experience - Required BLS (AHA) - Required MI License - Required ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION (Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at / after time of offer / Please obtain this information prior to submittal / Requests after offer can be cause for rescinded offer) Please note if your traveler has had EPIC experience in the last year
Profile Requirements : Work HistorySkills Checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty2 Supervisory Reference Forms, taken within the last two yearsCandidates' Permanent Address (Facility will not consider local candidates - 50 mile radius restriction)
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS : BLS (AHA)
STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : Michigan
ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : Must be active!
Weekend Requirements : One Weekend Per Month (Saturday)
On Call Requirements : No Call
