Competitive Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Rate : $40–$44 per hour ($83,200–$91,520 annually, based on a 40-hour workweek)
• On-Call Compensation : $150 for scheduled on-call duties
• Paid Time Off : 48 hours to start, increasing to 168 hours with tenure
• Paid Holidays : 7 per year (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas)
• 401(k) Match : 5% employer contribution

Your Role : Delivering Excellence

As a  Commercial HVAC Technician , you’ll provide top-tier service to commercial clients in Philadelphia, ensuring optimal performance of HVAC and refrigeration systems. Equipped with a fully stocked service van, iPad, iPhone, and PPE, you’ll work with a supportive team of dispatchers, coordinators, and supervisors. Key responsibilities include :
