Location : Hartford, CT area

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and maintain our Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO9000, Nadcap, FAR, DFARS, ITAR, and OEM standards
  • Manage audits, corrective actions, and final product / service release
  • Supervise and mentor the Quality team
  • Oversee supplier qualifications and equipment calibration
  • Promote safety and regulatory compliance across operations

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree + 10 years in engineering or quality
  • Aerospace (steel, aluminum, titanium, etc.)
  • AS9100 Lead Auditor certification
  • Six Sigma Green Belt or Lean Manufacturing experience
  • Strong understanding of QMS principles and technical specs
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
