Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Entry Level or Associate Integrated Planning & Scheduling (IP&S) Specialist (Level 1 or 2) to join the F-15 IP&S team in Berkeley, MO reporting to the F-15 IP&S manager. Strong communication and organizational skills are critical to success in this position, along with the ability to build strong relationships, collaborate in a cross-functional environment, and utilize problem-solving skills to proactively identify and manage risks and opportunities.

Position Responsibilities :

• Assists in the preparation, coordination, scheduling and change management activities of maintaining an integrated plan to meet program and / or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standards
• Participates in maintaining, analyzing and producing metrics related to plans
• Assists more experienced personnel with risk assessments, developing mitigation plan and refining the business case
• Gathers, organizes and provides data to maintain status of programs, schedule, customer and supplier commitments and compliance
• Supports the coordination and communication to ensure commitment to stakeholders

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Summary pay range : Entry Level (Level 1) : $56,950 - $77,050 Associate (Level 2) : $68,850 - $93,150 Applications for this position will be accepted until Nov. 01, 2025.
