Change Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders for organizational initiatives
- Create change management roadmaps aligned with project timelines and organizational objectives
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
Design and execute comprehensive communication plans to inform and engage affected employees throughout change initiativesFacilitate stakeholder meetings, focus groups, and feedback sessions to gather input and address concernsResistance Management & Support
Identify and proactively address resistance through targeted interventions and support strategiesServe as a point of contact for change-related questions and concerns from employees and leadersMonitor adoption metrics and adjust change strategies based on feedback and resistance patternsMeasurement & Continuous Improvement
Define success metrics and KPIs to measure change effectiveness and employee adoptionConduct post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and identify improvement opportunitiesTrack and report on change management activities, progress, and outcomes to project teams and leadershipChange Management Framework & Tools
Apply change management methodologies and best practices to ensure consistency across initiativesStay current on change management trends and bring innovative approaches to the organizationCollaboration & Project Support
Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and technical teams to integrate change management into project plansParticipate in project meetings and provide change management perspective on decisions and deliverablesSupport multiple concurrent change initiatives and coordinate efforts when changes overlap or intersectQualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, or any other related field.Minimum of 5 years of recent experience in change management or transformation initiatives.Experience in campaigning or outreach programs.Proven ability to execute a governance reporting structure.Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in identifying and solving problems.Self- starter and autonomous worker with strong interpersonal skills.Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
