TMG is seeking an individual who can uniquely contribute to our 30+ years of success in the industry.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Open mail using both electronic and manual opening devices
Identify the contents of each envelope as either processable or not processable
Prepare processable documents for scanning
Put document pages in the correct order
Insert admin sheets as needed
Identify if documents are original or copies
Fill out a batch cover sheet
Scan documents into the company's workflow system using a desktop scanner
Ensure that the electronic images are clear and that all pages were captured
Release the document into the workflow system
Store documents in batch boxes by date and batch number
Audit batch boxes for errors before secure destruction

Qualifications And Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

Must be able to pass background check, fingerprint check and credit check

Must be fully proficient in using the following Microsoft tools : Outlook, Word, Excel : data entry

Must be able to use multiple screens to navigate multiple systems or windows concurrently

Must be able to type 55WPM

Prior experience in document processing, data entry or administrative services a plus

Good written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable working under a deadline

Strong attention to details
