Job description

Predicate Logic is looking for a motivated O&M Technician Crewmember - Electro- Mechanical Specialist to join our team in Virginia Beach, VA .

SECURITY CLEARANCE :

  • Applicant must have le for a Department of Defense (DoD) personnel security clearance.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Assist in accomplishing Engineering Change Instructions.
  • Assist in training others in the operation and performance of systems.
  • Install, monitor, and service equipment and systems at company and client sites.
  • Comply with engineering documentation standards, engineering plans, system specifications, and test procedures.
  • Perform test and evaluation, check-out, and certification tasks.
  • Perform validations / verifications of various electronic systems.
  • Provide technical data and evaluation for components, equipment, and systems consistent with engineering plans, layout, and contract requirements.
  • Support systems engineering activities with subject matter expertise.

    • EXPERIENCE :

  • Three (3) years of practical hands-on experience in the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems, mechanical systems, hydraulic systems, and HVAC systems.
  • DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification required within twelve (12) months from date of hire..

    • EDUCATION :

  • Must be a graduate of a US Navy mechanical, electrical, or electronics program, accredited trade school or apprenticeship program, or equivalent. Curriculum must have dealt directly with the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electro-mechanical systems. At a minimum, the curriculum must demonstrate training on hydraulic power systems and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
