Structural Steel Erection Estimator

GPAC is seeking a knowledgeable Structural Steel Erection Estimator for immediate consideration. GPAC's client is a full service, turn-key construction company specializing in all erection-oriented projects. They specialize in various commercial and industrial complex steel structures.

Duties :

• Review of construction documents (plans and specifications)
• Making a material take -off, calculating Labor and Material costs to develop an estimate and bid proposal.
• Works the entire life cycle of a bid from bid invitation to finalizing bid proposal for submission to customer.
• Executes take-offs of construction documents.
• Possesses a general understanding of metals erection phases, time units for various erection phases
