We are seeking an experienced Final Assembly Lead to oversee and manage our final assembly operations. This role requires a proactive leader to manage a team of assembly technicians, ensuring production goals are met while upholding high standards for quality and safety. The ideal candidate is flexible, adaptable, and a strong problem-solver, and will lead a team of assembly technicians in assembling and disassembling completed machines, ensuring that production goals are met while maintaining high standards for quality and safety. This position is a hands-on position, working beside their team and leading by example.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise daily final assembly activities, ensuring production schedules and quality standards are met
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve product issues and implement process improvements
• Manage inventory of assembly parts and materials
• Conduct daily team meetings
