Key Responsibilities Lead cross-squad engineering initiatives to enhance architecture, reduce technical debt, and improve system reliability Design and implement reusable frameworks and services to enable efficient team operations Coach and mentor engineers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement Required Qualifications 8-10+ years of professional software engineering experience with significant technical leadership Expertise in front-end (React, TypeScript), backend (Node.js, Kotlin), or mobile development (React Native) Deep experience with CI / CD workflows, cloud infrastructure, and observability tools Proven ability to design scalable and maintainable systems Experience mentoring engineers and guiding cross-functional teams
