Job Summary and Qualifications

The Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) Nurse Manager ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall daily function and staffing of the unit / department. The Manager monitors and evaluates the provision of nursing care in accordance with established policies / procedures and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of facility objectives.

In addition, we are equipped with 3 helipads, new ICU and Medical / Surgical floors, and burn care services. We offer a CARF accredited Inpatient Rehabilitation program and are a state-designated Level I Trauma Center.
