The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on business developer who has experience selling in debt collection industry and wants to be part of the next big thing. You’ll be responsible for building and managing a strong pipeline, engaging with key decision makers at agencies, lenders, and enterprises with receivables portfolios, and closing deals that drive measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential clients in debt collection, lending, and accounts receivable management sectors.
• Develop a deep understanding of our AI solutions and clearly articulate their business value.
• Lead the full sales cycle — from prospecting and demos to negotiation and closing.
• Work closely with product and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
• Attend industry events, webinars, and conferences to represent the brand and generate leads.
• Consistently meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets.
