Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Interior Design Consultant based in San Jose, CA. The Interior Design Consultant will engage with clients to provide personalized design solutions, combining product knowledge, creativity, and sales strategies. Key responsibilities include consulting on furniture selection, providing design guidance, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. The consultant will contribute to achieving sales targets while collaborating with team members to uphold Ethan Allen’s standards for excellence in design and service.
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills to foster relationships and address client needs effectively.
Proficiency in interior design with an understanding of furniture styles, finishes, and trends.
Sales experience with the ability to meet goals and deliver results.
Knowledge of furniture design and craftsmanship is an asset.
Excellent teamwork, organization, and time management capabilities.
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
