The Role :
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you'll be the frontline driver of our expansion, forging strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, senior living communities, and referral networks to bring our life-changing services to more patients. This is a dynamic role where your initiative directly fuels company growth—and your success. We're seeking a dedicated achiever who thrives on meaningful wins, with uncapped commissions that generously reward outstanding performance. Work in the field with flexible hours, making calls from on-site, attending networking events, and traveling locally (and beyond) as needed to build strong connections and secure partnerships.

What We're Looking For :
We’re looking for an experienced healthcare networker who already knows the discharge planners, case managers, SNF administrators, and physicians in Mohave County and the surrounding tri-state area.
This is not a cold-calling job. Success in this role depends almost entirely on your existing relationships with the people who decide where patients go for therapy after a hospital or rehab stay. If you’ve spent years building trust with case management teams, hospitalists, geriatricians, or senior-living communities — and you’re known as the person who “gets things done” for patients — we want to talk to you.
You’ll spend your days having coffee with discharge planners you already know, doing lunch-and-learns with physician groups who trust you, and helping your contacts solve their biggest headaches (therapy no-shows, patient falls at home, difficulty getting timely outpatient visits). In return you’ll earn a strong base salary plus generous quarterly bonuses tied directly to the number of patients your referral partners send us.
This is a relationship-first, consultative role that rewards reputation and integrity far more than it rewards volume of activity.
