MD / Internal Medicine Job in North Carolina / Locum tenens

A ProvideLT client in the state of North Carolina is currently seeking an Internal Medicine Physician Hospitalist for Locum Tenens with the following requirements :

Board Certified or Board Eligible

With active NC license

With Active DEA

Job Information :

To start : October 2018 - Ongoing

Volume of Patients : 30 - 35 inpatients / shift shared with another provider

Shifts : 8a - 4p, 8a - 8p, 8p - 8a

NO CALL

Must respond to hospital codes

Required vent management, intubations, EKG interpretation

Preferred : central line placement, arterial line placement, elective cardioversion, lumbar puncture, paracentesis, thoracentesis, suturing minor lacerations, I&D

Full hospital support including : consulting, nephrologist and oncologist

Offered Compensation :

Holiday rates 1.5 x the regular rate
