Pay
Salaried grade 3 or 4
$55,400 - $66,600 / year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Actual salaries may vary and in some cases may be higher with extensive experience and strong performance.

1st Shift (Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 a.m.- 5 : 00 p.m.)
On-site, Employees are expected to work on-site during the training and onboarding period to gain familiarity with systems, processes, and team operations. Following this period, eligible employees may transition to a hybrid remote schedule in accordance with company policy.

Job Summary
McKee Foods is seeking a Retail Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our Retail Accounting team. The Receivables Analyst I plays a key role in keeping our billing and collections accurate, timely, and efficient. This position helps maintain healthy cash flow by reconciling accounts, reviewing credit, and collaborating with teams across the company to improve processes and ensure compliance with financial policies.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing issues promptly and professionally
- Track receivables and follow up on overdue accounts to support strong collections
- Review credit applications and recommend appropriate credit terms
- Prepare clear, accurate reports on AR activity and collection trends
- Work closely with Sales and Finance to keep processes smooth and consistent
- Recommend adjustments or write-offs when needed and ensure proper approvals
- Assist with system improvements and share best practices with teammates
- Show reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to a safe, positive workplace
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree in Accounting or related field or equivalent experience (2 years' experience = one year education)Minimum two years' experience in AccountingStrong knowledge of account reconciliation, billing, and credit analysis processes within an enterprise finance environmentExperience developing and executing collection strategies that optimize cash flow and minimize riskProficiency with accounts receivable automation software and related financial systemsWorking knowledge of GAAP standards and their application to receivables and revenue processesAbility to analyze financial statements and generate accurate, insightful reports for management decision-makingSkilled in issue resolution, identifying root causes and implementing effective corrective actionsDemonstrated strength in customer relationship management, maintaining professionalism and collaboration across internal and external partnersPreferred Qualifications
