We’re Looking For :
We are in search of a highly analytical and solutions-driven Revenue Operations Specialist who will partner with our Sales Leaders to foster scalable growth. This role will utilize data insights, experimental design, and structured processes to support expanding sales teams, boost productivity, and ensure operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate is a critical thinker and a proactive builder who is at ease with analytics, systems, and experimentation, capable of translating insights into actionable operational strategies that enhance revenue performance.
Your Responsibilities Will Include :
Partnering with Sales Leadership : Be a trusted advisor, offering data-driven insights, forecasting support, and performance analysis to assist in decision-making.
Sales Team Performance Management : Create and maintain reporting frameworks, scorecards, and performance metrics to monitor progress, productivity, and pipeline health. Deliver insights that promote accountability and improvement.
Sales Productivity & Prioritization : Develop tools and frameworks that enable reps to prioritize high-value tasks, focus on key accounts, and enhance efficiency throughout the sales process.
Sales Administration Support : Optimize sales administrative processes (territory assignments, quota setting, incentive tracking, CRM maintenance) to minimize non-selling time and ensure reporting accuracy.
Experimental Design & Insights : Utilize A / B testing, pilots, cohort analysis, and other methodologies to assess sales strategies, incentive programs, and process enhancements.
Facilitating Scalability & Structure : Design efficient processes, dashboards, and reporting structures that accommodate larger, more intricate sales teams.
Pursuing Operational Excellence : Identify workflow bottlenecks, streamline processes, and recommend improvements to boost sales effectiveness and coverage.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to ensure alignment of revenue operations with broader business goals.
Must Have Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Finance, or a related field (Master's preferred).
1+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, or related fields.
Strong analytical and technical skills, including proficiency in SQL and Python for data querying, transformation, and modeling.
Experience with data visualization and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Domo, PowerBI, Looker).
Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) and sales process management.
Hands-on experience using AI / automation tools to enhance efficiency, streamline operations, or scale reporting / insights.
Knowledge of experimental design and statistical analysis is a strong plus.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey complex data into actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a dynamic environment.

Compensation Range :
Annual Salary : $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 (Dependent on experience, skills, qualifications, and other relevant factors.)
