Your IT Recruiter is looking for a Client Advisor for a hybrid role in Atlanta, Georgia.

You are a driven and self-motivated sales professional who thrives on building trusted client relationships and identifying strategic business opportunities. With a proven background in IT solutions and services, you bring strong consultative selling skills, professionalism, and a desire to grow both new and existing customer accounts. You are comfortable working independently in a remote environment and excel at managing multiple priorities, navigating complex sales cycles, and delivering results. Your interpersonal skills, customer-first mindset, and business acumen make you a key partner to your clients and your team. You're adaptable, goal-oriented, and take ownership of your success.

What We Need

We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Client Advisor to join our sales team. In this remote role, you'll be responsible for developing business with existing clients and acquiring new customers across the U.S. You will position our full suite of IT solutions and services while cultivating long-term partnerships built on trust, strategic alignment, and value delivery. This role requires excellent communication, business development, and relationship-building skills, as well as a strong understanding of the IT industry.

A Typical Day looks like
  • Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client meetings.
  • Identify and nurture opportunities in the sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Engage with customers to understand their IT challenges, business objectives, and decision-making processes.
  • Position CSI's full portfolio of technology solutions and services as strategic value propositions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, OEM partners, and internal teams.
  • Stay current on market trends, industry shifts, and competitive offerings.
  • Update and manage data on the sales management platform (CRM).
  • Occasionally travel to attend client meetings and company events.

Requirements
Required Skills + Competencies
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of successful IT sales experience.
  • Strong consultative sales and negotiation skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal abilities.
  • High degree of self-motivation and ability to work independently.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office Suite.
