Key Responsibilities

Execute receiving, trimming, fixation, die-cutting, and measurement processes for porcine pericardium tissue following approved procedures

Use tools such as blades, scissors, forceps, dies, and microscopes to perform precise tissue processing

Operate equipment such as fume hoods, presses, and measurement instruments in accordance with safety and GMP standards

Verify work against specifications and record all activities per good documentation practices

Maintain accurate Device History Records (DHRs) and ensure traceability of all materials and processes

Support manufacturing, R&D, and engineering teams with process improvements and new product development

Participate in root cause investigations for nonconforming materials

Adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies at all times

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required

1+ year of experience in tissue processing, cleanroom, or medical device manufacturing environment preferred

Familiarity with GMP and regulated manufacturing procedures

Strong attention to detail and ability to perform precise, repetitive tasks

Comfortable handling animal tissue and wet processes

Basic computer literacy and solid communication skills
