Job Description for RN / LPN

1st Shift - 8 Hour Shifts

Every Other Weekend ONLY!!!

87 Bed Facility

RN will assess, evaluate, and provide direct care / related services for residents in accordance with their care plan

Administer medications and complete treatments based on residents' needs

RN will Supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing assistants

Qualifications for RN / LPN

A passion for caring for and improving the lives of our residents

Current Registered Nurse (RN) License / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Ability to Administer Medication and IV certification

Good Working knowledge of State Rules / Regulations

Positive Can-Do Attitude and Excellent Attendance
