Area Sales Manager – Gulf Coast

Overview of the Role

We have an opportunity within our Sales team covering Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama. This position is responsible for all sales functions related to our MIS and capital equipment products.

The ideal candidate is someone who can successfully manage a long sales cycle and understands the selling environment within the Operating Room while leveraging business opportunities that support business growth.

Who You’ll Work With

You will report to the Associate Regional Sales Director while working closely with other Area Sales Managers, Clinical Account Managers, and the Vice President of Sales.

Major Accountabilities :

• Analyze the local market, develop sales strategies, and effectively execute plans to meet or exceed sales quotas and profit & growth objectives.
• Identify organic growth opportunities within the existing customer base and work on a strategy to close those opportunities.
• Secure Key Opinion Leader contacts. Develop clinical relationships that engage physicians and medical staff in support of product evaluations.
