Salary : $105,000 - $120,000 / annually.
Position Summary :
The Project Manager oversees day-to-day operations for multiple industrial service projects, ensuring excellence in safety, scope, quality, budget, and schedule execution. This role supports New Age Cryo’s vision of operational excellence by coordinating resources, managing subcontractors and vendors, monitoring KPIs, and maintaining strong client relationships. The Project Manager also contributes to business development through project quoting, financial reporting, and continuous improvement efforts.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage all phases of assigned industrial cleaning and service projects, ensuring alignment with company safety, quality, and performance standards.
- Develop detailed project work plans, allocate labor and equipment, and track progress across multiple sites.
- Lead, mentor, and support site supervisors to achieve operational objectives.
- Prepare and review project quotes, cost estimates, and financial reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Enforce compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct project inspections, site visits, and post-project evaluations to ensure performance excellence.
- Collaborate with the Sales Department to support business development initiatives.
- Track and analyze project KPIs, costs, and profitability, taking corrective action when necessary.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives across the New Age Industrial platform.
- Complete all required project documentation, reporting, and recordkeeping.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferred.Minimum of 3 years’ professional environmental or industrial field service experience.At least 1 year of cost estimating and proposal development experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).Demonstrated leadership and project management experience.Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.Ability to analyze project profitability and resource utilization.Proven commitment to safety and quality assurance.Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel to project sites as needed.Physical Requirements :
Ability to walk, climb stairs, and navigate industrial job sites safely.Prolonged standing, sitting, or keyboard use as required.Visual and auditory capacity to communicate effectively and complete project tasks.Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally.Ability to safely operate a vehicle for extended periods during site visits or travel.Compensation & Benefits :
