???? Apprentice Technician – Shop

Location : Brookfield, WI | Schedule : Full-Time, Monday–Friday

Get your start in mechanics, material handling, and industrial equipment — no experience needed!

???? What You'll Do :

As an Apprentice Technician in our Brookfield shop, you’ll :

Shadow experienced Journeyman Techs to learn the trade

Assist with diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining forklifts and other equipment

Learn to prep rental and resale equipment for customers

Receive a mix of classroom, online, and hands-on training

Gain experience working with parts, service documentation, and inspections

Support shop safety and organization

Build the skills needed to grow into a full Journeyman Technician role

???? What You Bring :

Curiosity and passion for working with your hands

Willingness to learn and take direction

Basic computer skills

Strong communication and time management

Your own basic toolset (we’ll provide a recommended list)

Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs and move around the shop

Welding / fabrication experience is a plus — but not required!

We'll train and certify you to operate forklifts and material handling equipment.
