Shift : Variable D / E / 8x5, 40hrs per week

Length : 13 Weeks

Monday = 11 : 30a-8p, Tuesday = 7a-330p, Wednesday = 1130a-8p, Thursday = 7a-330p, Friday = 930a-6p

Requirements :

NY License

1+ year experience outpatient orthopedics

NYS Physical Therapist License and Registration

BLS

3+ years preferred

Other details :

Perform outpatient orthopedic / musculoskeletal rehabilitation.

12 patients per day, adults only.

Possible float to other nearby sites
