Algorithm Developer & Data Analyst

As an Algorithm Developer and Data Analyst , you'll join our Algorithms and Data team to unlock the secrets of human movement from the only datasets in the world of this kind. You'll work closely with engineers, clinicians, researchers, and designers to bring cutting-edge healthtech products to life and into the hands of users who need them.

What You'll Do

Design and implement AI / ML models and algorithms to solve complex challenges in healthcare and movement analysis

Build and maintain robust backend systems and ETL pipelines to support data ingestion, transformation, and model deployment

Analyze large, structured and unstructured datasets (including video) to uncover insights, trends, and opportunities

Rapidly prototype, iterate, and contribute to research outputs (publications, white papers, social content)

Integrate LLMs and agents into internal data analysis tools and dashboards

Mentor junior team members and stay current on the latest advancements in AI, ML, and medical research

What You Bring

Technical Skills

Strong background in AI / ML, statistical modeling, and data analysis

Hands-on experience with MLOps, model deployment, and big data tools

Skilled in Python and experienced in building data pipelines

Knowledge of human movement, pose estimation, and signal processing

Familiarity with video data, feature engineering, and medical device systems

Proven experience in startups or fast-paced environments

Strong problem-solving skills and quick decision-making

Collaborative mindset with leadership and mentoring experience

Qualifications

MSc or PhD in mathematics, data science, or a related field

6+ years of experience as a data scientist or algorithm developer (preferably in healthtech or medical devices)

Strong English (spoken and written) and presentation skills
