• Jersey City, Union City, Newark and Cranford https : / / www.ccannj.org / careers /   Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to : Provide services and assessments in accordance with professional standards and requirements of licensing / accrediting bodies Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide clinical care and consultation services  Be responsible for delivering a variety of behavioral health services which include individual, family and group treatment, including biopsychosocial assessments, treatment and discharge planning and case management Document both group and individual patient care interventions and outcomes in a timely manner and in accordance with the company policies and procedures To qualify, you will need : Master's degree in social work, clinical counseling, or a related field Clinical License preferred (LCSW or LPC) Preliminary License acceptable (LSW, LAC) At least one year of clinical experience providing individual and group therapy services Benefits : MCGBH / CCAN offers a competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package for employees.
