Full Time | Days - Working 10 : 30 am - 7 pm

  • Pay Range between $17-$19 / hour

Frederick Living, part of Garden Spot Communities, is located in Zieglerville, PA (Montgomery County). We are a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) offering a full spectrum of care from retirement living, personal care, licensed healthcare, rehabilitation services, respite to memory care services.

Job Title : Line Cook

Status : Full Time

Shift : Full Time - 10 : 30am-7pm including every other weekend

Salary Range : $17-$19 / hr

    • As a Cook I, supporting our mission will include the following responsibilities :

  • Prepares breakfast entrees, and accompaniments following preparation sheets and provided recipes for dining room service, heath care center, Bistro and special functions. May be required to prepare lunch entrees, soups and vegetables at times
  • Responsible for hot food preparation, including accompaniments and garnishes.
  • Does advance preparation as needed.
  • Completes preparation records and stores food items properly at close of meal service.
  • Cleans work area and equipment used in food preparation.
  • Provides clean, safe, and neat environment for residents, self and staff.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
