As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a strong presence. You will interact with employees and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication. This role involves supporting access control measures and responding to various security-related situations. If you have a valid driver's license, you may be required to operate a company vehicle as part of your patrol duties. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients, following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies when appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the manufacturing and industrial location.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and monitor for unusual conditions.

Observe and report any suspicious behavior, hazards, or conditions in assigned areas.

Communicate clearly and professionally with staff and visitors, providing directions and assistance as needed.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities and incidents as required by site protocols.

Support emergency response activities in coordination with site management and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements :

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.

Access control and / or badge experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
