LHH seeks a Revenue Coordinator in Federal Way, WA.
Location : (On-site ) Federal Way, WA 98001
Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM
Responsibilities
Collate backup documentation for refund checks, prepare envelopes, and ensure daily mail pickup / drop-off.
Update Excel spreadsheets with daily batch deliveries to Imaging.
Handle high-priority compliance refunds using certified return receipt mailing.
Print and mail outgoing correspondence with attention to detail.
Process and distribute both physical and virtual incoming mail and faxes.
Submit IT tickets for printer or SPM issues and proactively communicate disruptions to leadership.
Review CAT refund packets for proper approval levels (Signature Authority).
Run daily refund files for Accounts Payable (CAT).
Re-mail returned refund checks when appropriate.
Process CAT program loads twice daily.
Monitor shared email inbox for refund support and respond promptly.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
Demonstrate consistent, punctual attendance as scheduled.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support, office operations, or a similar role.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Prior experience in office assistance or management preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ideal for recent graduates of medical billing and coding programs looking to gain hands-on experience and get their foot in the door
Pay Details : $19.00 to $21.00 per hour
