POSITION : Associate Sales Manager for Pinecrest Boutique
REPORTS TO : Sales & Operations Manager, Founder / Owner / Lead Designer
FLSA STATUS : Exempt

Summary
The Associate Sales Manager for Océanne’s Pinecrest Boutique, will act as lead sales associate as well as manage the other sales associates at the Pinecrest Boutique. We will offer training for sales associates to provide the permanent jewelry experience (ie. Forever Bracelets).
Essential Functions
Success in this position will be demonstrated in the following areas of job performance :
- Ultimately responsible for creating and maintaining a sales-driven, positive team environment
- Ensure the space is merchandised up to Oceanne’s standards and aesthetic.
- Ensure the daily cleaning and safety tasks are completed.
- Ensure the store is restocked daily in all the areas : jewelry, apparel, and home decor.
- Provide the highest level of customer service, upselling strategies, and store policies while training associates to do the same
- Delegating tasks to store team as needed to ensure all business needs are met
- If the store schedule cannot be adhered to, the ASM is responsible for ensuring that we are able to cover all store hours, workshops, and in-store events.
- Increase sales according to quarterly sales goals.
- Ensure sales associates are prepared for and accountable for their shifts (including all responsibilities, signage and marketing knowledge).
- Managing Refresh orders and fulfilling Shopify orders that route to Crocker Park
- Responding to customer service inquiries via email and forwarding to appropriate points of contact as necessary
- Prepare and analyze sales reports and data to increase sales volume at Crocker Park.
- Managing in-store events, including helping customers register for and plan their special events / visits.
- Assure strong customer support and build strong relationships with customers and partners.
- Interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new hires
- Holding the team accountable to company policies and taking corrective action as needed
- Flexibility to travel to our other Northeast Ohio locations.
- Attending leadership meetings as needed
- Conduct Forever Jewelry appointments and take walk-ins.
- Help with social media posts and engagement.

Full Time : 32-40 hours weekly, based on business needsFlexible to work weekends and anytime within the operational hours of Pinecrest, which are 10am-7pm Mon-Sat and 11am-6pm Sundays as neededWe are an equal-opportunity employer
