Optimization / Performance Engineer

We are looking for an RF performance / optimization engineer to join the in-building and venue team. They will work alongside the RF design teams as well as the field technicians. Candidate will work directly to improve network KPIs, reducing call drops and boosting throughput. The candidate will create and manage test plans for field teams, they will optimize network parameters and configurations to improve efficiency, coverage, and capacity. Must be familiar with tools such as TEMS, Actix for testing. Candidate must be willing to travel to build sites a few times a week to conduct performance testing.

Required Skills & Experience

• Extensive experience in 5G / LTE macro cell sites, DAS / in building / venue deployment & optimization
• Experience delivering measurable KPI and coverage improvements
• Must have experience testing systems and going in the field / job sites
• Experience with Atoll, Planet, Actix, TEMS

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

any previous Verizon experience would be great
