Job Responsibilities

The Supervisor of Air Operations Administration and Reliability directly reports to the Assistant Director Inflight Training and Standards and is responsible for managing essential administrative support functions supporting the Inflight Services operations and training teams. In addition, this position will have oversight of attendance programs and tracking for crew member reliability for both Air Operations employee groups.

Job Responsibilities Include :

• Oversight of crew member attendance and reliability tracking to ensure consistent application and compliance with PSA's Crew Member Reliability Program and respective Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA).
• Develop tools and implement automation to improve and streamline processes and drive efficiency.
• Identify trends and initiatives to drive continuous improvement of policies and processes, including reliability programs.
• Coordinate with the Leave of Absence and Inflight operations teams on leave requests and tracking of crew members on various leave types.
• Coordinate with Employee Relations and Inflight leadership on flight attendant personal leave of absence requests and respond accordingly to such requests.
• Coordinate system-wide events and initiatives, to include promotions by the American Airlines Credit Union, Citibank, and other support organizations.
• Act as the primary contact for interdepartmental administrative processes and coordination.
• Create L Drive folders for new crew members as they are brought onboard, along with other necessary onboarding functions.
• Responsible for managing AFA grievance tracking and reporting. Work with Inflight leadership on grievance responses.
• Primary contact for interdepartmental administrative coordination.
• Responsible for the Company's Security and Safety Management System (SMS) and associated Safety Risk Management and Safety Assurance outputs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Work Environment : This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, telephones, photocopiers, facsimile machines and filing cabinets.
