Loan Officer – On-site | Scottsdale, AZ Start Date : November 3, 2025 (Additional class starts in December) About the Role : We are seeking driven individuals to join our team as Loan Officers. This is a fantastic opportunity to launch a rewarding career in mortgage lending with paid training, mentorship, and uncapped earning potential. Compensation & Benefits :

Base Salary : $30,576 annually

Year 1 Expected Earnings : $85,000–$125,000 (base + uncapped bonuses)

Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Responsibilities :

Train under top-producing Mortgage Bankers

Apply real sales tactics through hands-on coaching

Handle warm leads from multiple referral sources

Use CRM and loan origination systems

Deliver exceptional customer service

Participate in sales meetings, contests, and incentives

Thrive in a competitive, fast-paced environment

✅ Requirements : SAFE licensing (company-paid)

Bachelor’s degree OR 2+ years in inside sales, service, military, or commission-based roles

Strong communication skills

Motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented

No mortgage experience required – we train you!
