Diversity Compliance Associate - Federal Railway Construction

Armand Corporation, an award-winning M / WBE Construction Management firm celebrating over 33 years in the industry, is seeking a full-time Construction Diversity Compliance Associate for a federal construction project related to complex rail, transit, and other transportation projects in NY & NJ.
The ideal candidate has 2 years of full-time experience in administrating diversity compliance software, particularly in the handling of certified payroll, CUF Interviews, and Title VI software, as well as a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Business, Public Administration, or a related field.

This position will be full-time, on-site. Candidates are expected to live in or near the New York metropolitan area.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following :
- Coordinate with the on-site construction financial team to oversee the administration and documentation of issued certified payroll and prevailing wage for subcontractors and vendors.
- Utilize Commercially Useful Function interviews to evaluate whether a firm is certified as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise.
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to administrate material related to the DBE and Civil Rights Title VI Program.
- Assist in the administration of Diversity Compliance Software Systems for various large-scale civil construction projects, including contract procurement, employee training, and client presentations.
- Document and report all Prime and subcontractors' payments, awards, certifications, and contract goal information to senior administrative staff.
- Resolve issues related to Prime Contractor and subcontractor utilization of the Diversity Compliance Software System.
- Participate in update meetings to relay and address the concerns of both contractors and subcontractors.
- Prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously; and follow through on projects to successful completion.
- Other related duties and tasks as required.
Qualifications include, but are not limited to, the following :
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Public Administration, or related area required.Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrating diversity compliance in a construction setting.
